FSL is proud to announce the appointment of Craig B. Greenfield as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). He will be leading a robust program to evaluate compliance across departments throughout the agency. As CCO, he will also ensure that FSL is in compliance with all federal, state, and local rules and regulations. FSL has grown significantly over the past few years and with that, the requirements for compliance and oversight have commensurately increased as well. “We are proud to welcome Craig as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to Family Service League’s Executive Team”, said Karen Boorshtein, FSL President & CEO We feel that his integrity and expertise in the fields of both law and healthcare compliance, combined with his advocacy of social service programs, will be an asset to our organization as we plan for the future.”

Mr. Greenfield is a dynamic, resourceful, and seasoned healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience as a senior legal and compliance executive. He also has extensive experience as a key decision-maker in regional and national digital health, supplier, provider, and payor organizations. Mr. Greenfield has received the American Jurisprudence Award in healthcare law, is designated as a New York Metro Area “Super Lawyer”, and maintains a Martindale Hubbell rating of “AV Preeminent 5/5”. Mr. Greenfield is a member of several national arbitration and mediation panels and is regularly called upon to resolve complex healthcare disputes.

Mr. Greenfield earned his Law degree from New York Law School and his Bachelor’s Degree from The University at Albany, Cum Laude with Honors in Political Science. He currently resides in Melville, New York.
